After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating an order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. Click the tracking number. After clicking the tracking number, the system will direct you to the carrier’s website with the status of your package.

Yes, Piecez Boutique offers an overnight shipping method. For your order to be shipped on the day you placed it, you must submit your order before 2 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following morning. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be shipped on the following business day. 

Piecez Boutique does not offer a refund of money, credit, or debit card. If you would like to return merchandise, you must submit a return form within 7 days from your delivery date and ship the item to our P.O Box. The refund form will be located in your package. 

To be approved for a refund, there should be no detection of wear on clothing. Detection of wear includes fragrance scents, deodorant stains, etc. In particular, garments that have lost their form fall under the category of detection of wear. Undergarments, bodysuits, accessories, swimwear are final sales. Likewise, products purchased during a sale or promotion are final sales. If we approve the refund, we will notify you via email, where a gift card will be issued. The gift card will be Valid for 90 Days.

There are no refunds on merchandise purchased using gift cards, and we do not cover shipping fees. However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective item due to an error at Piecez Boutique, contact us as soon as possible so you can exchange the item for a new one.

If the merchandise is no longer in stock, we will provide you with a digital gift card. The digital gift card will allow you to purchase an exclusive piece. With these circumstances, shipping costs are free.
